Refunds/Cancellations Policy

We aim to provide the highest quality experience at Thousand & One.

You order will be confirmed by us through email once we have verified the availability on your order date. If we are not able to take your order, a full refund will be issued. Once your order is confirmed via email, your order will be ready on the date and time you selected upon check-out.

Please ensure all fields are input correctly before checking out.  If you make an error in the ordering process or any changes arise, please contact us immediately. 

We are not able to assist with refunds, exchange, cancellations, or amendments within 3 days (72 hours) from the day of picking up/delivery. 

The recipient of the order is wholly responsible for checking that the order received (including provisions of knives, candles, decorations) are correct and in good condition.

We are not liable for any damaged/missing items after delivery or collection.
