Thousand & One is a luxury patisserie specializing in handmade Mille Crêpes and other innovative desserts in Edmonton, Alberta. Mille Crêpes in French means a thousand layers of delicate crêpes. Each layer has an equal spread of our fluffy signature pastry cream. All of our creations are truly unique, and we regularly update our range with seasonal influences to take advantage of what nature does best.
